Key Responsibilities
Provide information on phone calls regarding admissions criteria, important deadlines, scholarships, fee structure, payment queries, and test schedules to prospective students and others
Guide and encourage eligible candidates to apply to UCP
Provide information through WhatsApp chat from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, including follow-ups on the next day (queries received after 5:00 pm)
Provide a troubleshooting facility to candidates through phone calls during the entire admission cycle
Make follow-up calls during the admission cycle to prospective students at different stages of admission application
Provide a live assistance facility to the candidates in the online admission application submission
Handle the complete Admission Test queries on the day of the test and provide live solutions
Guide candidates about test & retest dates, program change/transfer facility and procedure, merit list selection dates, fee submission deadlines, etc.
Inform selected candidates of graduate programs about the on-campus interviews via outbound calls
Provide the email addresses of concerned offices to the applicants for the verification of application processing/semester fee, and any other departmental email addresses as per the query of the candidate via calls
Keep a record of all inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls and web chats, and follow-up of web chats
Report and highlight candidates’ concerns and issues during the admission cycle so the system can be improved
Compile and prepare the complete file of applicants’ feedback to generate comparison reports for management, whenever required

Proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum 16 years of education from a recognized university/institute
1-2 years of relevant experience (Preferably university-level experience

Key Responsibilities
Handle Admissions Office official email address admissions@ucp.edu.pk , responding to all the queries via e-mail, forwarding the emails to concerned departments to resolve the issue, keeping the daily record of e-mails and providing solutions over the emails within 24 hours’ window
Deal with all Admissions Office communications via email (Intimation, selection, rejection, retest, transfer & program change, test and interview details)
Coordinate with the Communications Department in the preparation, proofreading, selection of pictures and alignment of all types of marketing material, including prospectus, faculty brochures, handbook, newspaper ads, etc.
Represent the University of Central Punjab in different educational expos within and outside of the city
Send invites to the different schools/colleges within and outside the city to promote UCP offered programs, newly launched programs, available scholarships, eligibility criteria, and encourage interested schools for campus tour
Facilitate and arrange UCP Campus tours specifically designed for PGC Lahore students and other schools/colleges on invitation or request
Give a detailed presentation to prospective students/applicants and their parents regarding UCP offered programs, available scholarships, fee structure, campus facilities, etc.
Travel to different cities of Pakistan to conduct career counselling seminars and promote UCP offered programs and other facilities
Assist in arranging individual open house sessions of each faculty to promote the UCP offered programs and increase the number of applications, and to achieve the admission target during the admission cycle
Assist in preparing the merit lists of undergraduate programs after each admission test
Display the merit lists of selected candidates through the admission portal on the official website
Provide accurate information related to all the programs and faculties to prospective students, parents, and others
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel and stay outside Lahore
Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university/institute
3-4 years of relevant experience (Preferably university-level experience)
