Takhleeq Business Incubator is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage its online presence and support marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing the company’s social media platforms, collaborating with the content generation team to produce engaging materials, and executing campaigns to enhance Takhleeq’s brand and visibility.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and capable of working collaboratively to manage content and communication tasks, including creating simple social media reels and tracking performance metrics. Core Responsibilities

  1. Brand Management and PR Execution
    • Build and manage the company’s brand identity across all communication channels.
    • Execute public relations activities to enhance visibility and credibility for Takhleeq’s programs and initiatives.
  2. Content Generation and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the content generation team to develop engaging materials, including posts, articles, videos, and podcasts.
    • Create simple social media reels and short video content to enhance online engagement.
  3. Social Media Management
    • Handle all company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, newsletters, etc.
    • Write and post engaging content, manage conversations, and respond to queries.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
  4. KPI Execution and Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or related fields.
    • Familiarity with content creation, including multimedia formats like reels, podcasts, and videos.
    • Understanding of consumer-centric content creation and the ability to tailor materials to the target audience.
    • Strong research skills to gather insights, trends, and data for crafting effective strategies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engaging campaigns.
  • Other:
    • Must be available to work full-time (students need not apply).
    • Entrepreneurial experience or exposure to the startup ecosystem is a plus.
