University of Central Punjab (UCP) is looking for candidates for the Position of Assistant Manager, Career Services”, In Department/Faculty: “Career Services Office”,  We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Manager Career Services in planning and executing the student life cycle over the course of a degree program;
  • Developing and delivering content for the professional development of students;
  • Conducting one-on-one sessions on areas such as professional development and resume screening etc.
  • Maintaining databases of interactions and interventions in all relevant areas including student development and job placement;
  • Maintaining databases of corporate partners, recruitment events other initiatives;
  • Representing the Career Services Office and UCP on various forums;
  • Assisting the manager in arranging recruitment drives, job fairs and expert talks;
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management and related programs.
  • 2-5 years of experience in career services or related positions.
