University of Central Punjab (UCP) is looking for candidates for the Position of “ Assistant Manager, Career Services”, In Department/Faculty: “Career Services Office”, We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Manager Career Services in planning and executing the student life cycle over the course of a degree program;
Developing and delivering content for the professional development of students;
Conducting one-on-one sessions on areas such as professional development and resume screening etc.
Maintaining databases of interactions and interventions in all relevant areas including student development and job placement;
Maintaining databases of corporate partners, recruitment events other initiatives;
Representing the Career Services Office and UCP on various forums;
Assisting the manager in arranging recruitment drives, job fairs and expert talks;
Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management and related programs.
2-5 years of experience in career services or related positions.
