University of Central Punjab (UCP) is looking for candidates for the Position of Assistant Manager, Career Services”, In Department/Faculty: “Career Services Office”,  We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in planning, coordinating, and executing the full student career development lifecycle over the course of a degree program.
  • Strategically assist in and take ownership of developing, delivering, and continuously improving content, workshops, seminars, and resources for the professional development and employability of students.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions on various areas of professional development.
  • Oversee the maintenance, analysis, and reporting of comprehensive databases covering all student interactions, career development outcomes, and job placements.
  • Actively onboard new corporate partners and manage relationships with existing corporate partners.
  • Represent the Career Services Office and the University of Central Punjab at high-level internal and external forums, industry events, networking platforms, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Take primary responsibility for organizing and coordinating recruitment drives, job fairs, expert talks, and other employer-engagement activities.
  • Perform any other responsibilities falling under the domain of CSO, as assigned by the Manager or senior leadership.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s or a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, and related programs.
  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant industry, business development, career services, student placements, employer relations, HR/recruitment, public outreach, counseling or university administration.
  • Strong aptitude in communication and public speaking is essential.
