Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of food safety and quality standards across COFIC production lines
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP, ISO, and Halal requirements
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and staff training sessions

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science &Technology or related discipline
  • Must have at least Highfields HACCP certification/ISO-22000
  • One of the Halal Lead Auditorcertifications
  • Relevant trainings in food safety, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance

Food Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with the Food Safety & Quality team for compliance
  • Monitor efficiency, yield, and wastage reduction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology or related discipline
  • Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in food production/processing operations
