Takhleeq Business Incubator is seeking a creative and skilled Graphics Designer to join our team full-time. This role is instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our programs and events, including guest speaking sessions, design thinking workshops, conferences, and startup incubation cohorts. The Graphics Designer will focus on crafting impactful content that communicates key messages effectively, such as promoting registrations or highlighting events, and will also contribute through video editing and mood boarding.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sense, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to ensure that visuals align with our goals and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design and Creation

  • Develop high-quality graphics for events, programs, and promotional materials with clear messaging and strong visual appeal.
  • Design materials tailored to specific goals, such as encouraging registrations or driving engagement.

Video Editing

  • Edit and produce videos to highlight key moments from events and create promotional content.
  • Develop short, engaging videos for use across digital platforms.

Mood Boarding and Conceptualization

  • Create mood boards to visually communicate concepts and ideas for projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine visual styles and themes for campaigns and events.

Data Management and Organization

  • Maintain and organize design files using cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive.
  • Ensure materials are well-documented and accessible for the team.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience creating tracking sheets and maintaining organized documentation.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong design skills with a focus on creating clear and engaging visuals.
  • Proficiency in video editing and creating short, impactful content.
  • Competence in using cloud storage platforms like Google Drive for file management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
